The Family of Women
provides a supportive environment for women to learn more about themselves, to move through personal barriers and to make positive changes that encourage successful, productive, fulfilling lives.

We are committed to delivering the purpose of the Family of Women and living our lives at a higher level. We do this by participating in higher purpose projects throughout the year. Some of these projects we do with the help of the Men's Division and Men's Weekend graduate organizations.

Some projects that we have created are the ELF (Every-body Loves Families) which contributes to various organizations such as the  Casa Myrna Vasquez and Thunder Road (shelters for battered women and their children), and Cradles to Crayons (an organization that helps homeless children in Massachusetts).

History of the Family of Women

The Family of Women was organized in 1981 as a non profit organization that participated in community service and women in leadership.  In 2000 we became a not for profit 501(c) organization.

Our purpose is to provide a place where women are empowered to assume their responsibility as leaders in their families and communities.
